Can I use VersyNow for a live session and let people ask questions afterward too?
Yes. VersyNow supports both live, real-time Q&A during your session and async participation, so attendees can submit questions before or after the event as well.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can start your 28-day free trial and run real events without entering payment details.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account automatically moves to the Free plan — past events and data stay fully accessible, and you can keep running one event per month at free-tier limits. Upgrade any time to lift the limits.
Can I collect attendee information, like name and email, along with their questions?
Yes, this is optional and can be turned on per event — useful if you want to follow up with attendees after your session.
Does VersyNow replace my event platform, streaming tool, or registration system?
No — VersyNow is built to layer on top of whatever you're already using for hosting, streaming, or registration.
Can I add my company's branding to VersyNow?
Yes. You can customize the attendee-facing experience with your organization's logo and branding, so it feels like part of your event rather than a third-party tool.
I run multiple events throughout the year — can I manage them all in one place?

Is there a limit to how many people can participate?
During your free trial you get the platform's full participant limits. On the Free plan, sessions support up to 18 concurrent participants. Paid plans support higher limits — see Pricing for details.
How do I moderate or manage incoming questions?
Questions appear in your live dashboard as they're submitted, giving you full visibility to review and manage them during your session.
